Taking the Summer off!

Instead of going on about how I haven't blogged in weeks, I'm going to say, "I'm so glad to have the summer off of school!" My classes were so good! But wow, it was an intense 8 weeks! One of my classes was seriously life changing! It was about incorporating a Christian worldview which I could talk about for a year, but won't. :) I'm going into my 3rd week without school and I am SO bored! I always complain that I'm too busy, then complain that I don't have enough to do. Remind me that I'm happier busy in the future!

So our pool is coming along. We now have coping (bricks around the edge) but no concrete around it or the patio yet. I cannot wait for the patio! It's my favorite part of the whole back yard!

Daniel started a Dave Ramsey class at our church and I've started couponing! Now, we use only cash and put it in little envelopes that came with program. Couponing is so fun! I can't believe I didn't do it sooner! You can totally get groceries for at least 1/2 of what you're currently paying! We're trying to be more frugal these days and with summer coming, I'm going to embark on a new cookbook for grilling! I have a couple already, but I might get a new one. My goal is to not cook inside during the whole summer! Once our patio is ready, I'm going to start this little journey. So if you have great outdoor/grill recipes, send them to me!

Ashley and Laura, I'm sorry I haven't kept up with your blogs, but I just went through your posts and they're awesome! I will be dropping by more! ;)
